Clarke Pumps
Clarke pumps are manufactured by British based Clarke, which was established in 1969. It is a company that manufacture a vast range of electrical and mechanical workshop equipment. With close to 50 years of experience, Clarke pumps are some of the most respected on the market.
One of the most popular submersible booster pumps across all brands is the Clarke HSE 200A. This pump is revered for its versatility and durability. It is constructed with a robust cast iron base and its range of uses makes it an ideal domestic pump. It is for these reasons that we stock it.
It is suitable for pumping both dirty and clean water, as well as being able to pump water containing solids in suspension. It is submersible and features a float switch that enables automatic operation. The float switch will rise and fall with the water level, keeping track of its height. When water levels reach a certain point the pump will kick in to action to remove excess fluid and bring levels back down to how they should be. It is for this reason that the Clarke pump that we stock is ideal for sump pits.
It can also be used for more general use, such as draining swimming pools, fish pond circulation, rain water drainage and as a general booster in the home or garden.
