The KSB Ama Porter 602 ND is a vertical, single-stage, fully floodable submersible drainage pump made of grey cast iron. It is designed to handle wastewater containing solid matter, long fibres, and fluids containing gas or air. This model operates without a float switch and is suitable for both domestic and industrial use.
Features
- High Operating Reliability: The pump is equipped with a generously sized motor, thermal overload protection, and a watertight motor design to ensure reliable performance even under tough conditions.
- Service-Friendly: The pump includes stainless steel wetted bolts and is designed for easy dismantling, even after years of operation.
- Easy Installation: The pump features an automatic, bolt-free connection for stationary installation, with flexible sealing to prevent leakage.
- Trouble-Free Operation: Clogging by coarse particles is prevented by a large passage free-flow impeller and a cutter with high mechanical resistance for wastewater.
- Long Service Life: The pump has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel shaft and a bi-rotational mechanical seal with special SiC/Al2O3 contact faces.
