Dosing Pots
Chemical dosing pots are required in many closed systems in order to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors.
The dosing pot units themselves can vary in size but the basic principle is the same. They consist of a mild steel vessel, an inlet and an outlet. There may also be various valves such as an air release valve depening on what model and make of dosing pot you have.
The beauty of using a dosing pot in a closed system, Is that you can dose the system with the liquid chemicals while it's still in use, Thus not requiring any system down time.
